Using the service
You may use RemoveBGAI only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the files you upload and for having the rights required to process and export them.

- Do not abuse the service or attempt to disrupt operations
- Do not bypass limits, billing, or account restrictions
Current service model
RemoveBGAI currently provides browser-based image processing without user accounts or paid checkout. Images selected in the editor are processed locally in the browser — they are not uploaded to a RemoveBGAI application server.
Features and technical limits may evolve as the product changes. These terms will be updated before a materially different account or payment model is introduced.
Uploaded content
You keep ownership of your images. The current browser-based tool processes selected files locally to generate previews and downloads. We do not use your images for any purpose beyond delivering the result you requested.
Availability and updates
We aim to keep the service available and improving, but uptime, features, and processing quality may change as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific processing accuracy on every image type.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse the product. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting support at support@removebgai.in.
Liability and support boundaries
RemoveBGAI is provided on an evolving software basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every upload, output, or processing result will be uninterrupted or error-free.
